Bold is a fitness studio that is striving for more. Our hope is that you walk into Bold and walk out with not only a stronger body, but also a stronger idea of who you are. We want this place to be where you sweat but also where you find love and community. Beautiful change occurs when you choose to push through those challenging moments in your workout and in your life. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, our instructors will coach and push you to be the best you can be. We are here to help you be BOLD in the way you define your body and mind. We are here to help you step out of your comfort zone. The question is, will you join the movement?

About the owners.

Meet Kate!

She was born with entrepreneurial spirit in her blood. Kate knew she was destined for her own studio from day one. Since the inception of her fitness journey, the Lagree method has been front and center. She started by working at the front desk of her local Lagree studio and quickly worked her way up to Head Trainer. She saw how the workout changed her life and the lives of those around her. Yes, it’s a killer workout with an amazing community, but most importantly, it’s a way of life for Kate.

Kate was inspired to start her own studio through those years as a trainer. But, what’s with her addiction? Put simply, Lagree fitness heals and strengthens your body, mind & soul from the inside out.

BOLD is more than just a place to get fit. It is a place to DEFINE YOURSELF.

Meet John!

John is Kate's dad and BFF. His sense of humor is infectious and radiates throughout any room. When Kate approached her dad about starting a studio of her own, he agreed to partner with her before giving it a second thought.

Usually John spends his time behind the scenes but occasionally you’ll find him around the studio being Mr. Fix It! John’s charisma and silly ways are incredibly contagious. Soon enough, you’ll want to be BFF’s with him too.
