WHAT does being /BŌLD/ mean to you?

Being Bold means living your life to the fullest regardless of fear or reservation. It means not letting worries of what may happen stop you from experiencing all that life has to offer. Whether it be where you go, who you are in relationship with, or what you choose to do with your life, BE BOLD! Don't let fear stop you from living the most full version of your life as the most full version of you. 

What is your favorite Megaformer move?

I LOVE Cobra, anywhere on the machine. This move targets your abs and triceps in such an amazing way. Plus, it makes you feel so strong. It's one of those moves that most people don't get on their first attempt, which makes that moment when you get it all the more exciting. 

If could have any super power what would it be?

Definitely the ability to fly. I love to travel, and the one thing that stops me from doing that is how much a plane ticket costs! If I didn't have to worry about that, I would be in a new country every week!

Being BOLD means being confident and courageous!

What is your favorite Megaformer move?

My favorite Megaformer move is Back Lunge. You have the stability of having one foot on the floor and the challenge of being at the back of the machine. It's a move that is difficult and advanced but accessible to any client. I love any of the lunges because they are so effective, but this one really gets your muscles shaking!

What is your favorite junk food?

My favorite junk food is french fries dipped in a chocolate milk shake from In-N-Out!

WHAT DOES BEING /BŌLD/ MEAN TO YOU?

Being BOLD means being yourself especially when there's pressure to conform. Stepping forward when you know you should but can't quite see the way forward clearly. Laughing out loud when something is funny and making up songs about life in the moment (aka: "life opera"). 

What is your favorite Megaformer move?

My favorite Megaformer move is the, Mega Donkey Kick. I love the name of this move. It cracks me up and pretty much describes, in its name, how the move is performed.

IF YOU COULD BE AN ANIMAL WHAT WOULD YOU BE AND WHY?

I would choose to be a Peregrin falcon because I have always wanted to fly and a falcon can also protect itself.


WHAT DOES BEING /BŌLD/ MEAN TO YOU?

Being BOLD means being brave, offering the world your true authentic self. For me it means to be strong instead of seeking out skinny, daring to be different from the pack and proud to be the one and only me.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

Plank to Pike, hands down. This move will get into every inch of your body as you hold a plank and work your way up to pike. My core will be on fire before the minute is up. 

What is your dream vacation destintation?

Africa! I'd love to be able to see some of my favorite animals in their natural habitats and also be able to spread goodwill by building homes or feeding the hungry.

WHAT DOES BEING /BŌLD/ MEAN TO YOU?

 Being BOLD means standing up for what you believe in. Bold is being strong enough to be gentle and secure enough to let loose.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

My favorite moves on the Megaformer are the Elevator Lunge and the Squat. They are both such simple moves but I find them activating and rejuvenating when done with the Megaformer. These moves always remind me how much of a difference the Megaformer makes in every exercise.

What is your Favorite Hobby?

I have so many hobbies! Current favorites are trail running and reading the New Yorker cover to cover every week during my commute.

Being BOLD means not waiting around for the perfect moment to be created in order to do that that one activity, travel to that one place, or complete that one workout. It means making right now your own version of perfect in order to reach for your goals.  

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

Super Crunch is my favorite move because really targets your entire core without straining the elbows or wrists. There's so many variations that you can do with this move, so it continues to challenge me every single time! 

What is your favorite outdoor activity?

Wine tasting!

Being BOLD means not being afraid to take chances. It means you are not afraid to push yourself and others to be their very best. 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

My favorite Megaformer move is the Bear. This wasn't always my favorite move because it's extremely difficult, especially at the end of a workout. My core and arms are immediately activated during Bear, and I always feel very accomplished after powering through a set.

If you won a million dollars what would you do with it?

If I won a million dollars, I would travel the world, hands down. I would make it a point to share the wealth with people and communities in need along the way.

Being BOLD means constantly challenging your comfort zone in every aspect of your life. 

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

My favorite move is Teaser! I feel incredibly powerful in this move because I believe it embodies the essence of lagree - staying mindful of your body's every movement while strengthening and lengthening your muscles. 

What is your dream job?

My dream job is to travel the world and work 1-1 helping others through strength-based coaching. I love traveling and working with people, so to get paid to do that would be the absolute dream.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

My favorite move on the Megaformer is Giant Bear. It is super challenging and works your core to its limit. Although I have a hard time with this move, I always feel so much stronger in my core when it is done! In addition, I feel major school spriti when I do this move. Go Bears!

If you were stranded on a tropical island what 3 things would you want with you?

If I was stranded on a tropical island the three things I would want with me would be a fishing pole, my dog, and the Lord of the Rings book series.

Being BOLD means pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone to be the best you that you can be. It means dedication, passion, and vowing to never give up.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MEGAFORMER MOVE?

Giant Reverse Plank to Pike. It's a difficult but incredible ab-shredding, total body move that makes me feel like I can conquer the world.

If you could trade lives with anyone for a day who would it be and why?

I would trade lives with Emily Harrington, She's a world-renowned climber from Lake Tahoe and spends her days climbing some of the hardest routes around the world, including Mount Everest. She's a total inspiration.

Kneeling crunch on the back platform, I love how your core and obliques are instantly engaged as you pull against the springs to crunch the carriage in.

What is the #1 thing on your bucket list?

The number one thing on my bucket list is to travel more- Greece, Machu Picchu and Iceland are my top three spots!
