GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferrable. Multiple classes may be taken per day.
All classes must be pre-paid through the BOLD app or website. A valid credit card is required to book a class, even if it is free of charge.
BOLD accepts all major credit cards. Our studios do not accept cash or checks.
Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the class schedule for updates.
Grip stocks or “sticky socks” are required to be worn in every class for hygienic reasons. Grip socks are available for purchase in our studios.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts so your instructor can go over the machine: the Megaformer. They will also make sure you are equipped with grip socks. If you are late for your first class, you will not be able to join in for safety reasons. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will credit your class back to your account so you can come again.
We have an 8 hour cancellation policy. This means that you can cancel your class reservation or make a class switch up to 8 hours before the start of your class and the credit will be returned to your account for future use.
All reservations must be canceled through either the BOLD app or online.
For clients enrolled in the 8 classes per month or 12 classes per month memberships, as well as those using a package, all late cancellations will result in a loss of class credit. No fee will be incurred (effective 3/30).
For clients enrolled in an unlimited membership, all late cancellations will result in a $10 fee (effective 3/30).
For clients enrolled in the 8 or 12 classes per month membership, as well as those using a package, a “no show” will result in a loss of class credit (effective 3/30).
For clients enrolled in an unlimited membership, a “no show” will result in a $15 fee (effective 3/30).
In order to add yourself to the waitlist, you must have class credits in your account. If a spot opens up, you will be notified via email. If you unsubscribe from our email lists, you will not receive an email and it’s up to the client to check the status of their reservation within the app.
You will automatically be added to the class roster if a spot becomes available up to 8 hours prior to the class start time.
You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time without penalty.
Please note that all classes have an 8 hour cancellation policy. If you are added to a class from the waitlist and fail to remove yourself before this window, late cancellation and no show policies will apply. Keep an eye out on your waitlists!
Please arrive on time to your class as the instructor will begin promptly at the class start time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you will not be able to attend class and you will either lose the class credit (limited membership or class package) or be charged a late cancellation fee (unlimited membership). You have a 5 minute grace window to claim your spot before a standby client can hop in.
All class packages activate on date of purchase. Class credits cannot be shared with other clients.
All memberships will automatically renew each month. Unused classes do not roll over to the following month. If you plan to cancel your membership, you must email 7 days prior to the renewal date; less than 7 days notice, you will incur a $50 late contract cancellation fee. If you need to put a membership on hold, you will need to request the hold in writing via email. If you need to freeze a contract for more than 7 days, there will be a $15 fee (effective 3/30)
We welcome pregnant clients only if you have done Lagree at any certified Lagree studio pre-pregnancy and have gotten your doctor’s approval to avoid any risks.
All clients must be at least 14 years of age or older.
CHILDREN AND PETS
For liability reasons, no children or pets (with exception to service animals) are allowed inside the studio during a class.
